Possibility of a 'hidden' superiority of dorsal inlay graft; call for specifically-tailored future studies

We read with great interest the article entitled "Are there any benefits of using an inlay graft in the treatment of primary hypospadias in children? A systematic review and meta-analysis" that was recently published in Journal of Pediatric Urology [1]. This systematic review (SR) and meta-analysis (MA) explored the potential superiority of Dorsal inlay graft urethroplasty (DIGU) versus tubularized incised plate urethroplasty (TIPU) in the management of primary hypospadias between 1946 and 2020.
