Bunkering bullish on re-exports and sulphur limit cut

Small-scale LNG re-exports in Europe could usher in a growing LNG bunkering industry, enabled by new and planned facilities in the north of the continent. The Netherlands’ Gate LNG import terminal in Rotterdam is now able to re-export cargoes, and is expected to send its first such shipment this month. The re-export will go to the Swedish port of Nynashamn for the world’s first LNG-fuelling vessel, Seagas (see p12).
