AquaChemie Opens New $50-Million Petchem Terminal in Jebei Ali Port

Dubai-AquaChemie has inaugurated a new $50-million state-of-the-art petrochemical terminal at the Jebel Ali Port in the United Arab Emirates to facilitate petrochemical trade across the region. The terminal is located about 500 meters from the Chemical Berth 4 with five SS Jetty pipelines, and has a total storage volume of over 34,000 cu m. Mott MacDonald was responsible for the facility's design, detailed engineering and project management. Value of the contract was not given.
