Beijing- Sinopec said it has broken ground for its integrated green hydrogen chemical demonstration project in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, China. The project, which is currently the "largest" green hydrogen coupled coal chemical project in the world, will use solar and wind energy resources in the area to produce 30,000 t/y of green hydrogen and 240,000 t/y of green oxygen. An expected completion date was not disclosed.
