Benchmark movements were mixed as prices hovered close to 10-month highs, while the market scrambled to digest the implications of a ban on Russian motor fuel exports imposed late in the week. Atlantic basin crude marker North Sea Dated was down by 80¢/bl to $94.29/bl in the week to 21 September, after hitting a 10-month high of close to $97/bl during the week. US marker October WTI rose by 27¢/bl to $90.43/bl, while Mideast Gulf benchmark November Dubai was down by 12¢/bl to $94.88/bl.
