Plains All American Pipeline reaffirmed throughput guidance for the year May 5, with first quarter results indicating the company is on track to execute 2023 targets, underpinned by growth in the Permian and in tariff volumes. The US Gulf Coast saw additional barrels drawn from the Permian as the company was “confident in outlook for the year despite near term volatility,” over strong Q1 results, CEO Willy Chiang said on the company’s first quarter earnings call.
