Sempra and Woodside expand deal

US firm Sempra Energy and Australian independent Woodside Petrolem have expanded their co-operation agreement for the Port Arthur LNG export project in Texas. The new agreement will detail how the companies will share costs, and how technical design, permitting and commercial development will proceed.
