Qatargas to increase LNG supply to Pakistan

Qatari state-controlled producer Qatargas has signed a 20-year deal to supply LNG to Pakistan. Qatargas has agreed to supply 1.3mn t/yr of LNG to Pakistan, with the possibility of increasing the amount to 2.3mn t/yr. The agreement was signed with Global Energy Infrastructure, which is headquartered in Turkey and incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.
