The European Commission aims to grant companies the ability to exchange international greenhouse gas(GHG) offset credits for EU emissions trading scheme(ETS)allowances from early to mid-March.Some 21 EU member states by mid-January had submitted their final plans to the commission for the use of international GHG offset credits under the EU ETS(AGE,December,p5).
