Permian Oil Rig Count Rebounds

Oil drilling in the Permian Basin rebounded this week, data from oil-Oeld services provider Baker Hughes show, inching upwards after several weeks of declines. The number of active drilling rigs targeting oil in the Permian rose by three to a total of 337 in the week ended Sep. 16, according to Baker Hughes' data.
