US advances probe into ESBR imports

Supplier The US International Trade Commission (USI-TC) has scheduled the final phase of its investigations into alleged dumping of emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber (ESBR) from Czechia and Russia. A hearing-start date of 8 Nov was set following 'affirmative preliminary determinations' by the US department of commerce that ESBR imports from the countries were being sold unfairly in the US.
