Russia’s natural resources ministry has announced that it is auctioning off 23 oil and gas exploration licences, and that it will accept bids until 12 November. The list includes eight blocks in the Perm region, four in the Saratov region, two in east Siberia’s Krasnoyarsk territory, two in the Yamal-Nenets district, two in the Astrakhan region and one each in the Krasnodar region, the Bashkortostan republic, and the Rostov, Omsk and Samara regions.
