But fishermen say the sporadic fishing allowances aren't matching what they're seeing on the water."This season is, once again, showing that the models used to forecast preseason abundance of salmon are very much underestimating the amount of fish," said Mike Conroy, executive director of the Pacific Coast Federation of Fishermen's Associations.
