Trinseo Concludes Acquisition of Aristech

Berwyn— Trinseo has completed the purchase of Aristech Surfaces, a North American manufacturer and global provider of poly methyl methacrylates (PMMA) continuous cast and solic surface sheets, for $445-million (PCN, 2 Aug 2021, p 3). Aristech strengthens Trinseo's position in acrylic solu tions and broadens its product portfolio offerings in "impor tant" markets, Trinseo noted.
