Petrobras Provides Update on Timeline For Its Planned Sale of Braskem Stake

Sao Paulo— Brazil's Petrobras said it plans to divest its 36.1% preferred stake in Braskem by February 2022,Keuters reported.The transaction,being managed by JPMorgan,will be conducted through a joint follow-on share offering with Novonor,formerly known as Odebrecht.Novo nor holds a 38.3% stake in Braskem.
