East Siberian crude producer Taas- Yuryakh Neftegazodobycha (TYNGD), which Rosneft took full control of this week, is now expected to start exporting through the East Siberia-Pacific Ocean (ESPO) pipeline in December. TYNGD started pumping crude into the Transneft pipeline system in the middle of last week, but initial supplies will be sold on the domestic market. It has a 185,000t fourth-quarter export allocation, but October and November’s ESPO Blend loading schedules at Kozmino exclude TYNGD.
