Rosneft to build refinery in Indonesia

Rosneft will participate in construction of a 300,000 b/d refinery and petrochemicals complex at Tuban, Indonesia, Russian president Vladimir Putin said on 18 May after meeting his Indonesian counterpart Joki Widodo in Moscow. The Russian firm is expected to sign a deal with Indonesia's state-owned Pertamina to build the $13bn complex in east Java, according to a Putin aide.
