Ukrainian firm Vetek has not processed crude at its 56,000 b/d Odessa refinery since 1 February because of a lack of oil, market participants say, with product exports also coming to a halt. The last fuel oil cargo from the plant, 35,500t loaded by Glencore on the Seapromise, sailed from Odessa on 21 January. And Lukoil trading arm Litasco took a 40,200t vacuum gasoil (VGO) cargo, loading it on the Chiborazo on 3 February.
