licences for rosneft and Gazprom

Gazprom has received the licence fo the Severo-Vrangelevsky block in th East Siberian Sea. It is next to a Shel block, in the US sector, and Gazprom liquids arm Gazpromneft plans to oper ate it through a joint venture with Shel (FSUE, 11 April, p1). Rosneft, mean while, has received the licence for th East Siberian block, next to Severo Vrangelevsky 1 and Severo Vrangelevsky 2, whose licences i received in February (FSUE, 1 February, p3).
