Belarusian state-owned BNK received a 80,000t tanker cargo of Azeri Light crude from Azerbaijan’s Socar Trading late last week, for processing at Belarus’ 323,000 b/d Mozyr refinery. The Alhani delivered the cargo to the Ukrainian port of Odessa from Georgia’s Black Sea port of Supsa, according to port agents. BNK bought the Azeri Light because of a reduction in crude supplies from Russia. But now that Russia has agreed to restore normal pipeline flows to Belarus, further Azeri Light deliveries are unlikely, market participants say.
