Russian producer Zarubezhneft is holding two tenders for Urals crude exports, as well as a tender for crude exports from its Peschanoozerskoye field on Kolguev island in the Barents Sea. The firm last week announced a third-quarter tender offering 75,000 t/month (18,000 b/d) of Urals - including oil produced in Timan-Pechora by its Rusvietpetro joint venture with state-owned PetroVietnam - and up to 30,000 t/month from Timan-Pechora's Kharyaga field, which is being developed with Total, Norway's Statoil and Russian company Nenets Oil. This crude will be offered as a 100,000t cargo at Primorsk each month. Zarubezhneft will also offer up to 60,000 t/month of its own crude at Primorsk to make up one full 100,000t Urals cargo with other producers.
