Ukraine’s Naftogaz has published the unbundling plan that it has submitted to the government. The plan was supposed to be adopted by the energy ministry by the end of October 2015, but officials remain in discussion with the firm. “We published the plan in order to push the energy ministry to the start unbundling process,” Naftogaz sources say.
