Litasco buys Samara VGO

Lukoil trading arm Litasco will buy up to 330,000t of vacuum gasoil (VGO) from Rosneft's 140,000 b/d Kuibyshev and 200,000 b/d Syzran refineries - two of the firm's Samara group of plants - in July-December. The VGO is due to be exported through storage tankers in the Kerch strait during navigation season on inland waterways. In winter, it could be supplied to Lukoil's Vysotsk terminal on the Baltic, which recently resumed VGO loadings, or to terminals in the Baltic states.
