Gazprom plans to merge its trading subsidiaries Gazprom Marketing and Trading UK and Wingas by late 2016- early 2017, Gazprom deputy chief executive Alexander Medvedev said on 31 May. The firms sell a combined 50bn m~3/yr, Medvedev says, adding that it would make sense to merge activities.
