Gazpromneft general director Alexander Dyukov says the government should delay raising export duty on fuel oil to 90pc of the crude export duty rate for the immediate future. The economy ministry said recently that the higher rate ?the final element of last year's "60:66" package of export duty reform ?should be introduced with no further delay.
