Baltic Urals in demand

1. North Sea Dated was up by almost $3/bl on the week to close at $45.79/bl on 11 May, supported by supply disruptions in Nigeria and Canada. Urals discounts narrowed in northwest Europe, but widened in the Mediterranean region as Baltic cargoes headed south and in anticipation of a busier Novorossiysk loading programme in the second half of this month - with 618,500 b/d loading on 17-31 May, compared with 592,600 b/d on 1-12 May.
