Pipeline crude exports from Russia to non-CIS destinations, including transit shipments, are expected to fall to 4.28mn b/d (54.2mn t) in October- December, down by 1.3pc in comparison with the plan for July-September (see tables). Supplies to western destinations are scheduled to decrease by 1.9pc to around 3.5mn b/d, while shipments to eastern destinations are due to rise by 1.6pc to 769,000 b/d — the highest since the start of shipments along the Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean (ESPO) line at the end of 2009
