New York-March was milder in Europe,but colder in Canada and Japan than a year ago,according to data obtained from CustomWeather and gathered by Platts.A total of 19 cities geographically representative of Europe had 3% fewer heating degree days in March than in March 2021.The total for the September-March period was 1.5% fewer degree days than the similar period last year and 4.2% fewer than normal.
