Primorsk 10ppm loadings to rise

Exports of 10ppm sulphur diesel are due to rise by 8.1pc from December’s plan to 1.36mn t this month, market participants say. Deliveries from Surgutneftegaz’s 350,000 b/d Kirishi plant and New Stream’s 180,000 b/d Antipinsky refin- ery will grow, but Rosneft will cut sup- plies. Kirishi shipments are scheduled at 420,000t, up by 70,000t, reflecting higher crude runs and lower domestic crude sales, traders say.
