Trading firm Mercuria Energy plans to “restructure” its Moscow office, but will retain a presence in Russia to man- age future spot deals, the company says. The changes follow a reduction in Mercuria’s role as an intermediary between Russian crude suppliers and Polish refiners PKN Orlen and Grupa Lotos, both of which have agreed to buy more crude direct from Rosneft and Tatneft this year.
