A dispute between the company which operates Yuzhny port, OPZ, and Ukrchimtransammiak, which runs the 804km ammonia pipeline which runs through Ukraine, has caused huge delays to vessels waiting to load in Yuzhny this week. OPZ is understood to have halted loading vessels due to a disagreement over fees with the pipeline company. Today it has been reported that some kind of agreement had been reached, and one of the three vessels on-roads of the port, the Gas Snapper, should load tomorrow.
