摘要

A technology was developed for producing an epoxyamine oligomer-based pigment paste filled with TiO2 and carbon black for cathodic electrodeposition. Coating materials for cathodic electrodeposition are characterized by high adhesive strength, high impact strength, and corrosion resistance for at least 720 h in 3% NaCl solution, which is due to the use of Zn-3(PO4)(2) anticorrosion filler in the paste. Obtaining white coatings from a paste based on epoxy-amine oligomer and blocked isocyanate is challenging due to partial degradation of the film former. Further careful selection of the catalyst for this waterborne system is required.
