This paper clarifies that the split spectra introduced by Ikeda et al. are uniquely determined in terms of the propagation route from sound sources to microphones. Using this fact, a decision rule whether the split spectra are permuted or not is derived under the condition that target sound sources are relatively near to one microphone but noise sources to another. Then a method restoring the target sounds is proposed using the decision rule. The proposed method is confirmed to solve the ambiguity of permutation and amplitude practically from experimental results in a real environment, and the restored sounds are confirmed clear.
