East Siberian crude producer Taas- Yuryakh Neftegazodobycha (TYNGD) will start putting crude into the East Siberia-Pacific Ocean (ESPO) pipeline in mid-May 2013, rather than in October-November this year as previ- ously expected. TYNGD - which is developing the Srednebotuobinskoye field in the Sakha-Yakutia autonomous republic and in which state-controlled Rosneft has a 35.3pc stake - is delaying the start of ESPO deliveries after failing to complete construction of its central production facility before winter. But the company has finished laying a pipeline link to the ESPO system near the town of Lensk.
