Ukrainian state-owned Naftogaz halted operations at its Shebelinsky gas processing plant(GPP)and evacuated staff on 26 February"because of risks related to military actions"following the Russian invasion of the country.The Shebelinsky GPP in the Kharkiv region had continued operations until 25 February.The country's only operational,large refinery-263,000 b/d Kremenchug in central Ukraine-is still operating,providing products for the defence ministry,"critical infrastructure enterprises",customers with long-term contracts and the retail networks of state-controlled Ukrnafta and private-sector Privat Group.
