Rosneft ofers more VGO in 2022 tenders

Russian state-controlled Rosneft is ofering more vacuum gasoil (VGO) for term supply next year than it did for 2021. The frm is ofering 8.6mn t for 2022, compared with 7.74mnt for this year. The overall amount represents a maxi- mum at seller’s option, and not all may be exported.
