This paper describes a high-efficiency assembly that allows the operations of final grinding and polishing of precision glass balls for microoptics to be carried out on models ShP and PD of commercial lever machines. A mathematical model is proposed for the processing, and it is verified that the developed models is adequate for the actual processing. Rational adjustable parameters of the processing equipment are displayed that ensure intensive removal of material parameters of the processing equipment are displayed that ensure intensive removal of material from the blank and high quality of the items.
