Engro Eximp CEO retire

Engro Eximp has announced that Mr. Abdul Samad Khan will be leaving his position as chief executive officer effective 31 December 2014. After working with Engro for 26 years, Mr. Khan decided to take advantage of an early retirement plan to pursue other business aspirations. During his time at Engro, Khan was involved in many company operations and since 2004 he became the manager of the fertilizer trading team. When this activity was absorbed by Engro EXIMP in 2010 he became the company’s first CEO. During his four-year tenure he expanded the business into other commodities.
