Japan’s Inpex has agreed to transfer its stake in the Lucius and Hadrian North Oelds to its former partners as the Occidental Petroleum-led group launches additional development work in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico projects. Inpex said in a release Thursday that it will transfer its entire 10.1 working interest in both Oelds to remaining partners Oxy (operator), Murphy Oil and Eni.
