Suppliers are broadly comfortable for April.EuroChem has reported its April line up while PhosAgro has at least two vessels for traders for Latin America,but its other exports are unknown at this time.UralChem is still not producing. In north Africa,OCP has still to execute 450-500,000t of finished phosphates against existing orders,and will not be able to ship fresh sales until May.The Saudis have cargoes for Latin America and will start shipping to India most likely in April.GCT output is an unknown quantity but reports this week suggest it will ship most of its April output to China under a long-standing but much delayed agreement.North America is tight on DAP and there is no pressure to export currently.This will change in May.Fertinal is thought to be comfortable into mid-April.
