Intrepid Potash to cut 7% off workforce, other costs

In another sign of how badly MOP producers have been affected by the pricing slump, Intrepid has announced a major round of cost-cutting. 7% of the workforce will lose their jobs, while executive compensation and use of consultants are also being reduced.
