Vancouver exports totalled just 1.37mn t in the first seven months of the year,showing a 20pc decline on the same period last year.This continues to show sulphur production decline in Canada as gas production decreased,as well as Syncrude sulphur going to block in the first five months of the year therefore more sulphur staying in the domestic system rather than going offshore.
