The meeting between the Deputy Chairman and CEO of Uralkali,Dmitry Mazepin and the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko at the end of last week was described as very positive.There were no hostilities or accusations and President Lukashenko indicated that he would view a fresh joint venture favourably.
