Phosagro has signed a contract with Chemoproject Nitrogen for the design,engineering and procurement of equipment for a new urea granulation unit at Cherepovets in Russia. The new unit will have a capacity of 500,000t/y of urea and is part of an investment project based on a new,energy- efficient 760,000t/y ammonia plant,which is due on-stream in 2017.
