Refinery operations update

1. An unplanned flaring event took place earlier this week at Phillips 66's 139,000 b/d Los Angeles refining complex in California. Flaring at the Carson end of the refining complex was reported at 11:03am ET on 19 December, according to a filing to regional air quality monitors. Phillips 66 did not identify process units involved in the flaring event. The cause of the event was under investigation.
