Producers are struggling to sell April tonnage directly to end-users,finding traders selling short ahead of them. Much of the urea available for April appears to be unsold at producer level. Ice restrictions were lifted on 24 March in Kotka.Freight rates for urea cargoes from the Baltic should start to realign with those from the Black Sea for Latin America and Africa as a result.
