The sulphur market is undoubtedly bearish alongside all other troubled related markets, particularly phosphates. But whether prices will erode further or stabilise it is a million dollar question. By inspecting spot prices alone, they have softened, but the declines were not dramatic over the span of two weeks. Since our last report on 23 December, spot prices in Canada, India and China have slipped by $5-13/t.
