The Co-operative Food Group has been fined ?20,000 after an 88 year old customer was hit by a home delivery van at a store in Bath. Bath and North East Somerset Council prosecuted the retailer after investigating the incident, which happened in January 2015 while Edward Harris was entering the shop on Shaftesbury Road from the car park via a gap in railings, which was used by all customers going into and out of the shop.
