Progress in the DMPK studies during the early stage of new drug discovery and development

摘要

Progress in the DMPK studies during the early stage of new drug discovery and development is reviewed. High throughput screening methods for the Hit and Lead generation should be depending on in silico and in vitro methods. The molecular and functional characterization of transport protein, high throughput DMPK screening methodology both in silico and in vitro are concisely described. The studies on new drug discovery and development in Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica are also briefly introduced.
