Chinese DAP prices have fallen noticeably this week as two cargoes were placed into Pakistan reflecting $305/t fob. With India not buying until it receives clarity on the subsidy and the domestic market in the doldrums, Chinese producers have little choice but to sell in order to generate cash. Indian prices are purely notional but clearly under pressure given the cfr prices in Pakistan in the higher-$310s/t.
